Ready Stocks
1. Orders will be mail out within 2 working days upon payment received.
2. All orders will be base on first pay first get basis. Pls make payment asap once order confirmed to avaoid disappointment.
Pre-order Items
1. This is a confirmed pre-order bulk purchase (limited to items choosen each time). No minimum order quantity needed.
2. Waiting time for pre-order items will be about 2-3 weeks after bulk purchase closed subject to no further delay from supplier.
3. Please join the pre-order purchase only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.
General T&C (apply to both ready stocks & pre-order items)
1. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Full refund will be transferred back to buyer in the event of supplier out of stock.
3. Colours and designs are as accurate as shown in the pictures. Pls note that the colours might vary on different computer screens.
Handling Charges
1. Charges of S$0.20 will apply to all parcels via mailing and courier.
Normal Postage
Below 40g - S$0.50
Below 100g - S$0.80
Below 250g - S$1.00
Below 500g - S$1.50
Below 1000g - S$2.55
Below 2000g - S$3.35
*We will not be responsible to any lost order and damage via postage due to any Singpost error.
Register Mail
1. Register mail is strong recommended.
2. Additional S$2.30 (on top of the normal postage cost+handling cost) shall apply if you opt for reg mail.
Ta Q Bin
1. Ta Q Bin is available upon customer request.
2. Please provide preferred delivery date and time if you opt for courier service.
3. Charges depends on parcel's size. Will advise separately.
